Dinner will start with assorted antipasti paired with Masi Modello Delle Venezie and then followed with eggplant with a roasted pepper puree paired with Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio/Verduzzo. Next, diners can enjoy crepes filled with cheese and mushrooms paired with Ripasso Rosso del Veronese and pan-seared scallops in lobster saffron sauce with with Brolo di Campofiorin. Lastly, the meal ends with a cheesecake paired with dessert wine and a Kahlua cream Englaise.
