Masi has been recognized for having “revolutionized the art of wine-making in the Veneto,” and for just $54.95 per guest, you’ll be able to enjoy five of their best wines with the great food offered by Prego’s Chef Allesina. Dinner will start with assorted antipasti paired with Masi Modello Delle Venezie and then followed with eggplant with a roasted pepper puree paired with Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio/Verduzzo. Next, diners can enjoy crepes filled with cheese and mushrooms paired with Ripasso Rosso del Veronese and pan-seared scallops in lobster saffron sauce with with Brolo di Campofiorin. Lastly, the meal ends with a cheesecake paired with dessert wine and a Kahlua cream Englaise.
