Boundary is a joint venture between restaurateur Terence Conran and Peter Prescott. There are twelve spacious rooms on offer for patrons. Each room has an individual style and unique design. There are three restaurants and bars and a shop for food-lovers. The hotel restaurants offer a menu based on Classic English and French recipes. Seasonal delicacies can be ordered when available, and the traditional English meals of roast beef and roast lamb are a permanent fixture for Sunday lunch. The wine list shows a comprehensive collection of both European and international wines, with large bottles such as magnums, double magnums, jeroboams, and rehoboams, standing impressively on the table.

It has also just been named the ‘most stylish hotel in Europe’ at the European Hotel Design Awards. The unique standing of the hotel makes it a must visit next time you’re in London, if only for a drink on the rooftop terrace. If the weather is good, you’ll be able to see across the city. Of course, the fact that one of London’s trendiest night clubs (Shoreditch House) is very nearby will surely make this hotel even more popular.
