Andaz Wall Street Finally Sets A Date

Looks like some insider information has leaked and the much-anticipated Andaz Wall Street hotel is schedule to open on January 17th.  Looks like a new standard will be set for luxury in Wall Street.

The 253-room upscale hotel located on the corner of Wall and Waters Streets is designed with a contemporary décor. Focusing on simplicity and comfort, 7ft windows, wooden floors and large guestrooms at 354 square feet- this hotel will offer nothing but the best.

Guests can expect such luxurious amenities such as spa services, fitness centers, 24-hour dining room and complimentary mini bar with non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. And those are just the amenities. Take for example the A1 King rooms that features a personal “valet”, think Cher Horowitz in Clueless, and incorporates the mini-bar, full length mirror and closet for maximum space.

Cleverly named “The Wallnut”, the restaurant will offer farm- to-table, fresh seasonal ingredients and a selection of signature dishes. The lounge has been named “Bar 7even 5ive” and will feature NY state wines and local beers.

The design firm, The Rockwell Group, is responsible for the interiors and public space design, which emphasis contemporary simplicity through natural material and textures.

Its best to book your room now, reservations are currently available for February 15, 2010. Then again, you may prefer to wait until Andaz Wall Street is officially open.
