Cipriani Residences Miami Unveils The 1931 Collection: Two Crown-Jewel Penthouses Priced at $33 Million and $19.8 Million

Miami’s branded-residence market has a new benchmark. Cipriani Residences Miami, the storied hospitality name’s first-ever ground-up residential tower in the United States, has unveiled The 1931 Collection — two crown-jewel penthouses that translate nearly a century of Cipriani tradition into the city’s skyline. The San Marco is listed at $33 million, and The Torcello at $19.8 million, with both occupying the highest floors of the 80-story tower rising at 1420 S. Miami Ave. in Brickell.

The name is a nod to 1931, the year Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar in Venice — the origin point of a family hospitality legacy that now extends to a home overlooking Biscayne Bay. “Authenticity is what ultimately distinguishes a truly exceptional branded residence,” said Camilo Miguel Jr., Founder and CEO of developer Mast Capital. “You cannot create it simply by placing a name on a building. With The 1931 Collection, we drew from the values and traditions that have defined Cipriani for nearly a century and considered how they could shape the way a home is designed, experienced and lived in today.”

The San Marco, named for the Venetian district at the heart of the Cipriani story, spans three levels and 9,677 square feet of interior and outdoor living. A 24-foot Great Room opens to panoramic bay views, anchored by a lacquered-wood-and-Calacatta-marble kitchen island and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen built for everything from intimate dinners to large-scale entertaining. The rooftop is dedicated entirely to wellness and outdoor living, with an infinity-edge pool, summer kitchen, private gym and wellness room, a cold plunge, hot tub, massage pavilion — and even a private putting green.

The Torcello, at 6,703 square feet, takes its name from the quiet island in the Venetian lagoon long associated with Locanda Cipriani. It offers a more intimate footprint but no less ambition: a private screening room, dedicated wine storage, and The Midnight Bar, a room built expressly for after-dark entertaining. Outdoors, an infinity pool, open-air shower and wraparound terrace mirror the same rhythm of recovery and gathering found in its sister residence.

Both homes come with hospitality baked in — literally. Residents can call on the Cipriani culinary team for in-residence dining, and as owners within the Cipriani family, they gain access to reservations across the brand’s global address book, from Harry’s Bar in Venice onward. Interiors throughout the tower were designed by 1508 London in collaboration with the Cipriani family, with architecture by Arquitectonica.
