Haute Living Celebrates Josh Hart Sponsored by J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Residences Mandarin Oriental Miami & Patrón at Estiatorio Milos New York

Josh Hart is many things: Knicks guard, culture figure, and now Haute Living cover star. On Saturday, July 18, New York showed up to celebrate all three. Haute Living, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Residences Mandarin Oriental Miami & Patrón hosted an intimate cover celebration dinner at Estiatorio Milos in New York City, bringing together an evening of genuine distinction.

Cocktail hour opened with three signature Patrón cocktails waiting for guests on arrival: the JHart Margarita, a spicy-bright combination of Patrón Reposado, fresh lime, agave, jalapeño, and Tajín; the Hart of the City, a clean, effortless Patrón Silver highball with fresh lime and sparkling mineral water; and The Clear Winner, a sophisticated Patrón Cristalino martini finished with Cocchi Vermouth, Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth, and orange bitters. Each drink had been named for the man of the hour, and each told its own story about who he is.

Josh Hart arrived alongside his wife Shannon to a room that included NBA veteran Roger Mason Jr., Matt and Samara Hillman, and Kim Bonanni, Regional Director of J.P. Morgan Advisors for New York City. Haute Media Group CEO Kamal Hotchandani and Global Head of Partnerships and Communications Lauren Mosseri were also on hand to welcome guests and set the tone for the evening.

Before guests were seated, Patrón shots were poured and placed at each place setting, a detail that signaled exactly the kind of evening this was going to be. Once the room was seated, Kamal Hotchandani took the floor to offer welcome remarks, thanking Josh Hart for gracing the Haute Living cover and acknowledging the evening’s sponsors for their partnership. He then introduced Kim Bonnani from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, who offered remarks of her own to the assembled guests.

Estiatório Milos, one of New York’s most celebrated Greek seafood restaurants, delivered a four-course menu built around its signature philosophy of the finest, freshest ingredients prepared with considered restraint. The meal opened with Hiddenfjord Salmon sashimi before moving to the second course: The Greek Spreads, a generous presentation of taramosalata, tzatziki, and htipiti served with raw vegetables and grilled pita, alongside The Tomato Salad, a Milos signature of vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, peppers, barrel-aged Greek feta, and extra virgin olive oil.

As the evening progressed, Mandarin Oriental Residences Miami was welcomed to the room to give remarks and introduce the development to the assembled guests, a moment that underscored the caliber of partnerships Haute Living convenes around its cover subjects.

The third course arrived to a room that was well into the evening: grilled Loup de Mer served with Santorini capers, olive oil, and lemon dressing, alongside Brandt Farms all-natural prime Filet Mignon with hand-cut fries. Milos delivered exactly what it always does.

As dessert arrived, Greek yogurt with thyme honey from the island of Kythira and fresh fruits of the season, the evening reached its most memorable moment. A representative from Patrón raised a final toast to Josh Hart, and every guest lifted the shot that had been waiting at their place setting since before dinner began. The final toast was the only punctuation the evening needed.
