Childhelp’s 4th Annual Miracles in Miami Raises Awareness for Child Protection with Paula Abdul
Miami, FL – (May 1, 2026) – Childhelp, the national nonprofit dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse and neglect, hosted its 4th Annual Miracles in Miami event on Thursday, April 30 at The Moore Miami.
Consistent with the event’s powerful tagline, “Safeguarding Innocence, Inspiring Change,” this year’s gathering brought together Miami’s leading tastemakers, philanthropists, and celebrities for an elegant evening of awareness, inspiration, and impactful giving. The 150 guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner, specialty cocktails, live musical performances, while learning about Childhelp’s vital work in prevention, intervention, and treatment programs that help heal abused and neglected children.
The event was made possible in part by the generous support of premier sponsors The Moore, Haute Living, Brand Drivers, and MR Luxury Group.
Special guest Paula Abdul, the award-winning entertainer, choreographer, and philanthropist, joined the celebration to support Childhelp’s mission. The evening featured a VIP reception, followed by the main program. Event chairs were Lauren and Scott Gilbert and Katrina Peebles, with Host Committee members Amelia Ravelo, Bridget Halanski, Lee Zohlman, Lorelle Reid, Marko Gojanovic, Nadime Castellanos, and Todd Krim.
Proceeds from Miracles in Miami directly support Childhelp’s programs, including the 24/7 Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline.
