Champagne & Pearls: Sexy Fish Miami’s New Thursday Night Ritual

Sexy Fish Miami has a new Thursday night reason to stay out late. Champagne & Pearls debuts May 14th at 9 PM — a weekly dinner experience built around caviar, Laurent Perrier, and the kind of atmosphere where over-the-top is simply the dress code.

Equal parts dinner party and spectacle, the evening transforms Sexy Fish’s signature energy into a shimmering celebration of indulgence. Live performances, late-night bites, and a Champagne-and-caviar pairing menu set the tone.

At the center of it all: a curated Laurent Perrier menu matched with Oscietra caviar served with blinis. The Laurent Perrier La Cuvée NV with 30g Oscietra starts at $215, the Blanc de Blancs at $275, and the Grand Siècle No. 27 comes in at $575 — with caviar upgrades available in 50g (+$90) and 125g (+$400).

The full late-night food menu rounds out the experience, keeping things going well past midnight.

Founded by Caprice Holdings Chairman Richard Caring, with interiors by Martin Brudnizki and art by Damien Hirst, Sexy Fish Miami has always had a point of view. Champagne & Pearls makes Thursday nights the new Saturday.
