Dior Arrives in Atlanta: Inside ‘Crafting Fashion’ at SCAD FASH

Atlanta’s fashion scene is getting a major moment this spring. SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film will debut Dior: Crafting Fashion, a landmark exhibition celebrating one of the world’s most iconic maisons. Notably, it marks the first presentation of the House of Dior in the Southeastern United States.

Opening April 16, 2026, the exhibition was created exclusively by Christian Dior Couture in collaboration with SCAD. It is curated by Hélène Starkman and organized by Rafael Brauer Gomes, creative director of SCAD FASH museums.  Visitors can expect more than 100 historic pieces. Even better, several have never been shown publicly before. The exhibition moves from early atelier toiles to the couture looks seen on today’s runways and red carpets, offering a clear view of Dior’s craftsmanship.
