Haute Living Celebrates Camille Fishel with Avi & Co., 111SKIN & The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami

Haute summer in the Hamptons has officially begun, and to kick off the season, Haute Living celebrated its Hamptons 2025 cover star and one of the most inspiring women, Camille Fishel, on a quintessential Hamptons evening. The intimate Hamptons fête took place at the stunning LDV at The Maidstone Hotel & Restaurant alongside luxury watch and jewelry brand Avi & Co., premier skincare brand 111SKIN, and Miami’s latest ultra-luxury residential destination, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami.

The night toasted to Camille Fishel—a cover star that is truly beautiful inside and out—and her story as a mother, as well as her new journey as an artist. 

As guests arrived, they were greeted with passed hors d’oeuvres, including tuna and beef tartare and a potato croquette topped with caviar. Guests mingled while also discovering some of 111SKIN’s most iconic products, like the Celestial Black Diamond Eye Mask and the Repair Serum NAC Y²™.

Guests then sat for a multi-course menu with stunning florals by Venus et Fleur gracing the tables. Also dazzling the tabescape were bespoke jewelry and watches by Avi & Co.

Before the dinner was served, Haute Media Group CEO Kamal Hotchandani welcomed guests and graciously thanked Fishel for sharing her story and being a part of the Haute Living family before Adrienne Faurote, the Haute Living Fashion, Jewelry & Watch Director, welcomed Fishel to say a few words. Fishel expressed her excitement and gratitude for being on the Haute Living Hamptons issue before guests began to indulge in dinner.

The menu featured signature dishes, including the scallop crudo and fresh burrata, followed by the “Scarpetta” spaghetti and branzino, and concluded with desserts such as strawberries with whipped cream and Caramelia mousse.

During dinner, Maile Aguila, Senior Vice President of Residential Sales at SWIRE Properties USA, also thanked guests for joining a special evening in the Hamptons and spoke about the new Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, highlighting all its bespoke offerings on Brickell Key.

Then, Kate Dubin, the US Managing Director at 111SKIN, also introduced guests to the story behind the 111SKIN brand and its founders, Dr. Yannis Alexandridis and Eva Alexandridis.

As the evening drew to a close, guests departed with exclusive gifts curated by 111SKIN and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental. Other notable attendees included Michael Rubin, Haute 100 member David Steinberg, Charlotte Bickley, and more.
