HaSalon Aspen Opens With A Bar By Dushan Zarić Of Employees Only

W Aspen has joined forces with globally renowned Chef Eyal Shani to bring his signature Mediterranean restaurant to life through an exclusive dining experience that will be open from December 16, 2024 to April 2025.

HaSalon blends together Chef Eyal’s distinctive culinary creativity and the finest international cuisines to celebrate the riches of the Mediterranean land and sea. Using pure ingredients of exceptional quality, sourced locally wherever possible, the dynamic and energetic dining experience reflects the spirit and flavors of its Tel Aviv origins, as well as the vibrancy of the destination. Since opening HaSalon, Chef Eyal has unveiled over 40 highly acclaimed restaurants worldwide, including Michelin-starred Shmoné, Port Sa’id, Miznon, and Malka. With locations across New York City, Las Vegas, Miami Beach, Tel Aviv, and more, HaSalon continues to expand its global presence, with Aspen becoming  its newest destination.

HaSalon will be open daily from Aprés Ski onwards, offering two different dinner experiences. Before 8pm guests can indulge in avant-garde dishes in a more intimate, music-filled setting. Then, afterwards, the space will transform into a lively atmosphere for a dining experience unlike anywhere else in Aspen, filled with dancing, electrifying energy, and exceptional cuisine.

Similar to its other locations, HaSalon’s Aspen menu celebrates bold flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guests can indulge in culinary delights such as charred beetroot carpaccio, baby potatoes topped with Osetra caviar, bluefin tuna, ribeye steak, and signature pasta dishes like ricotta clouds, among other uniquely curated dishes.

The hotel is also opening a second venue this winter, teaming up with the world-renowned cocktail visionary behind Employees Only, Dushan Zarić, to debut a new bar concept that will serve as a vibrant yet intimate destination for cocktail aficionados. As one of the pioneers in craft bartending, Dushan transforms classic cocktails with modern twists and extraordinary ingredients.

The new concept, HIDALGO, will offer handcrafted agave cocktails such as the “Improved Margarita Cocktail” and “Yellow Jacket” and will be complemented by a Mexican street food style bar bites menu. The cocktail bar will be open Thursday through Monday from 6pm onwards.
