Behind The Scenes With Style Icon & Model Kelsey Merritt At The Dior Spring/Summer 2025 Show
Each season, the Dior show carries immense significance as it kicks off Paris Fashion Week, the grand finale of fashion month. This season, Haute Living goes behind the scenes with Kelsey Merritt, the acclaimed model, beauty guru, and fashion icon, for an exclusive look at the Dior Spring/Summer 2025 show.

The atmosphere buzzes with anticipation, not only for the start of the week but also for Maria Grazia Chiuri’s latest creations. This year, Chiuri’s Dior Spring/Summer 2025 collection reinterprets archival designs, like the Amazone dress, to explore the connection between body and garment, blending intention and function. With bold contrasts, metallic details, and a nod to the Olympic spirit, the collection highlights modern femininity and celebrates strength through the collaboration with artist SAGG Napoli.
Merritt has garnered a loyal following of over two million across her social platforms, sharing her love for all things wellness, beauty, and, of course, fashion. Ahead, we catch up with Merritt in Paris right before the Dior show to find out what she’s looking forward to most about the show, her must-have Dior beauty products, and her favorite Dior handbag. She also reveals which runway looks caught her eye this season.
HAUTE LIVING: How do you prep for the Dior show?
KELSEY MERRITT: Before getting a good night’s rest, I put on a face mask and put together a mood board for my hair, glam, and photography inspiration. This allows me to feel prepared and have the perfect mindset for the show.
HL: Can you walk us through your look for this year’s show?
KM: I am wearing a Dior Pre-Fall ’24 look that consists of a three-piece emerald green suit—a blazer, vest top, and matching shorts.
HL: What are your favorite beauty products to get ready for the show?
KM: I love using the 111 Skin Eye Masks to prepare for the show and finishing with a few sprays of Dior’s La Collection Privée Lucky Perfume before walking out the door.
HL: What’s always in your bag for Paris Fashion Week?
KM: I always have mints, a portable charger, and a Dior Beauty lip oil.
HL: All-time favorite Dior bag?
KM: I love the classic Lady Dior; it’s a timeless piece.
HL: And finally, what are your favorite looks from the Dior Spring/Summer 2025 runway?
KM: This season’s runway highlighted many elements I love about Dior, and I loved Maria Grazia’s fun take on the iconic silhouettes. The sporty elements, like the racer jackets, caught my eye as sports have become so intertwined with the fashion industry.
HL: Favorite restaurants in Paris?
KM: My go-to’s are Ojii, Laperouse, L’ami Louis and Girafe.
