From its striking al fresco terrace overlooking the energy of the Las Vegas Strip to its charming dining room, LPM emanates the glamour and sophistication of the South of France.

This is done in equal parts through its menu and its design. The restaurant features an indoor-outdoor layout, with a series of rooms including our personal favorite — a heated (for winter) outdoor terrace with birds-eye views of the Strip — layered with details of freshly cut flowers and French shutters.

Artist Sanja Kovacevic made the restaurant her canvas with original murals spanning the walls, painted in simplistic and refined style inspired by modern French creatives.

The menu is as delicious (and healthy) as it gets. Butter use is limited here, with the concept going full Mediterranean with its use of olive oil. Signatures include warm prawns with olive oil and lemon juice, snails with garlic butter and parsley to start; salt baked sea bass with artichokes and tomatoes, marinated lamb cutlets with olive and aubergine caviar with pine nuts for the main courses; and classic vanilla crème brûlée for dessert.

A sophisticated and innovative cocktail menu inspired by the remarkable life of French artist Jean Cocteau is a perfect foil to the menu. The one to beat is the unusual yet oh-so-delicious Tomatini, a must-try when visiting any LPM, an unusual and elevated take on a Bloody Mary martini. Lettre À Coco is a love letter to Coco Chanel, with flavors and scents found in the iconic Chanel No. 5 — a Ketel One base with Champagne cordial, jasmine, bergamot, and rose — complete with a tiny letter liberally daubed in said scent. Another favorite is the heady Orphee, made with The Botanist, Mastiha, Greek yogurt, clementine, and orgeat cordial. LPM’s wine list also offers an extensive range of wines of global repute, as well as an impressive list of rosés – the emblem of the French Riviera.
