No New York Fashion Week is complete without an appearance from the ultimate fashionista, Sarah Jessica Parker. The icon attended Hyundai Motor Company‘s debut capsule collection presentation, in collaboration with Zero + Maria Cornejo, at Re:Style during NYFW, at Public Kitchen at the PUBLIC Hotel in the City.

Male and female models donned the new, 15-piece collection designed by Zero + Maria Cornejo—the brand is a champion for using ecological and sustainable fabrics as much as possible, with the goal of finding ways to utilize excess fabric and to reduce the amount of leftover textiles. The pieces boasted leftover Hyundai Transys car seat waste and up cycled Zero + Maria Cornejo fabrics, as well as 100% organic cotton Cradle to Cradle Certified Gold Dylan denim.

“The whole idea is to do something creative with things that ave had a life before,” began Maria Cornejo. “It’s about making something new and re-imagining things. Re-create, re-imagine, re-cycle. How do we get creative with less?” Cornejo has also designed a limited-edition run of t-shirts with Hyundai, to be sold in-store and on the Zero + Maria Cornejo website.
