Nomad Las Vegas at Park MGM is splashing into pool season with the opening of its much anticipated Nomad Pool on March 22. Located on the boutique hotel’s third-floor roof deck, the pool will provide a serene escape for sun worshippers on weekdays and a swanky affair, JEMAA – The NoMad Pool Party, on weekends (starting April 12). NoMad Las Vegas will also kick things off in style with a fabulous night under the stars during the annual epicurean festival Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit on May 11.

On Mondays through Thursdays starting March 22, the NoMad pool will offer guests refined poolside dining and a luxurious, relaxing vibe. The pool deck features striking blue accents and plenty of plush spots to stay cool by the pool including chairs, daybeds and cabanas. Designer Jacques Garcia—who also designed the boutique hotel’s rooms and suites—drew inspiration for the NoMad Pool from the iconic Majorelle Garden in Morocco.
Pool guests may enjoy elevated casual fare, expertly crafted cocktails, and a robust wine list from 2017 World’s 50 Best Restaurant winners Will Guidara and Chef Daniel Humm (the pair behind the resort’s NoMad Restaurant and NoMad Bar). Food selections will include items such as Humm’s signature truffle chicken club, lobster roll and fava bean hummus.
Drinks include frozen piña coladas, magnums of bubbly and award-winning NoMad Bar Director Leo Robitschek’s classic cocktails.
JEMMA – The NoMad Pool Party

JEMAA – The NoMad Pool Party kicks off on April 12 with an exciting lineup of DJs including Mayer Hawthorne on Friday, Academy-Award winning hitmaker Mark Ronson on Saturday and DJ Five on Sunday. Expect an upscale, energized and fun daytime party atmosphere with nuanced music (including a tropical house vibe on Sundays) curated by the MGM Nightlife & Events team. The season will include some of the same star artists and DJ’s who appear at the Park MGM and Houston Hospitality club On The Record.
Chef Humm has carefully crafted JEMAA’s menu of whimsical poolside plates, including the Humm dog, shrimp tacos and fried chicken. The beverage menu was curated by Robitschek to include jaw-dropping cabana-side cocktail fountains and elaborately garnished cocktail explosions.
In addition to NoMad Las Vegas guests, locals with a valid Nevada identification will enjoy complimentary entry before noon.
Under the Stars at NoMad Pool

The NoMad Pool will welcome epicurean adventurers during the Vegas Uncork’d foodie festival on May 11. The Under the Stars at The NoMad Pool event will be an interactive and immersive evening of special surprises, led by NoMad’s Guidara. Guests will sip on expertly crafted cocktails, dine on Humm’s fare and listen to the latest beats, courtesy of On The Record.
Park MGM is also home to a France-inspired pool oasis with 12 cabanas, lounge areas, multiple bars serving tasty bites and artisanal beverages. Once the Monte Carlo, the property has evolved into a first-class destination with additions like the Park Theater, Eataly Las Vegas, a new spa and salon, and much more.
NoMad Las Vegas opened its doors in October 2018.
