Kanye & Kim Kardashian West’s Newest Purchase In Miami And Why We’ll Be Seeing Them Here In 2019

America’s most-talked-about couple, Kanye and Kim Kardashian West, have recently snagged headlines for their newest move as they purchased a stunning, $14 million penthouse at the opulent Faena Residences. The rapper and fashion icon surprised his wife with the sprawling, 4,700-square-foot condo for Christmas, and from the looks of it, she was overjoyed as they were caught embracing and smiling on the balcony overlooking the famed Miami Beach.

The pricey abode features five and a half bathrooms, a wraparound terrace, ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the ritzy Faena’s award-winning amenities. The couple has been all over the news this week as they also recently announced that they’ll be welcoming in another child to the family, via surrogate.

But the Miami purchase was a strategic move, as we’ve recently learned as reported by TMZ that the rapper will be living here as he records his latest album with an A-list lineup of talent including Lil Wayne (a fellow Miami resident), Migos, Timbaland, 2Chainz and more. Keeping with the momentum of his 2018 opus “Ye,” as well as “Daytona” with Pusha T and “Kids See Ghosts” with Kid Cudi and the highly-anticipated “Yhandi” on horizon, Mr. West is poised to bring more musical brilliance as he enjoys residence in the Magic City.

The couple will allegedly be splitting time between Miami and Los Angeles in their brand-new condo, so lucky for us Miamians, we can hopefully expect more sightings of the royal couple in our city this year.
