Inside Paramount Miami Worldcenter’s Top Off Celebration

In honor of the more than 550 hard-working construction workers, relentless developers and new residents of the PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, the construction crew flew 50 flags from different countries around the globe atop the Miami Skyline. The waving flags represent the different nationalities of the residential tower’s buyer pool.

The entire team of people who have come together to build such an innovative project gathered to celebrate their extraordinary efforts thus far. PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter developers Dan Kodsi, Nitin Motwani and Art Falcone as well as the project’s general contractor, CoastalTishman, marked the peak of the building. Hundreds of construction workers, engineers and sub-contractors also joined the top-off celebration with a ceremonial luncheon.

“Miami has become a truly global city and this building is a clear indication of that with buyers from more than 50 countries,” said developer Dan Kodsi. “We take enormous pride in knowing that this tower reflects the soul of Miami – its diversity and potential has resounded overwhelmingly with families from around the world and we are one step closer now to welcoming our first residents home.”

PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter continues to make international headlines with its Upper Deck, the country’s largest amenity deck. It sits 90 feet directly above downtown Miami with fun features for the whole family to enjoy like the first outdoor soccer field in a residential development in the U.S., two tennis courts and a relaxing pool with a multitude of bungalows and villas.
