Latin Superstar Nicky Jam Buys New Miami Beach Home

Reggaeton superstar Nick Rivera Caminero, better known as Latin sensation Nicky Jam, is livin’ up 2018. Jam is an international music icon transforming the sound of Reggaeton around the world with great hits like ‘Travesuras” and “Live It Up” — the official FIFA 2018 World Cup song. With a non-stop touring schedule, IHeartRadio Fiesta Latina Miami show in November at the American Airlines Arena and late night talk show appearances on Jimmy Fallon with fellow Reggaetonero J-Balvin, Jam is constantly on the go. The singer, who famously sings with and about beautiful women, officially tied the knot with Angelica Cruz in the Fall of last year and has said he is happy to settle down in his private life with a family and home.
Jam, who previously lived in Kendall, Florida, has purchased a 3,617 square-foot home for $3.4 million in Miami’s exclusive gated community of Palm Island. Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach, the modern home includes an infinity pool, two-car garage, a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances and master suite with access to a private terrace overlooking the pool. The Sabal Development property features a variety of amenities that highlight the luxurious Miami lifestyle while incorporating spacious and serene designs with tranquility and privacy in mind.
