The newly-opened West Coast transplant at the Nobu Eden Roc Miami Beach Hotel is one of Miami’s only true oceanfront dining locations. Malibu Farm Miami Beach is situated overlooking the bright blue ocean, featuring both indoor and al fresco dining in an open-air format. Not only are the views stunning, making you feel as if you are dining at the original Malibu location, but the cuisine is also standout. The menu highlights locally-sourced ingredients and inventive dishes that appeal to the palette but are also good for you. Favorites include the Cauliflower Crust Pizza, Chicken Ricotta Burger and fresh crudité with green goddess dressing.

The newest Michael Schwartz restaurant, Amara at Paraiso, debuted at the impressive Paraiso District developed by The Related Group earlier this year. It rests right on Biscayne Bay, allowing diners to feel as if they are enjoying dinner in the middle of the water with highlights of the cityscape lighting up the sky in the distance. Keeping with the waterfront theme of the breathtaking restaurant, the menu emphasizes the bold flavors of Latin America, utilizing coastal ingredients. Signatures include Empanadas with Short Rib, Banana Leaf Wrapped Cobia, Grilled Beef Short Rib, the signature “Amara Feijoada” spread and so much more.

The renowned Cipriani Miami has remained one of the city’s hottest dining locations for years due to its impeccable cuisine but also its unbeatable views. The restaurant boasts panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city of Downtown Miami, creating the ultimate upscale dining experience. The nautical-inspired decor of the restaurant helps accentuate the vibe of the location, creating a truly unique dining experience. Another long-standing Miami dining destination, Japanese hot spot Zuma Miami is famous for its posh ambiance, enviable views and inventive cuisine. It makes the perfect date night destination for dinner, and also a prime brunch spot for their famous Sunday brunch spread. Diners can bask in the gorgeous Miami weather and eat at the restaurant’s waterfront patio situated on Biscayne Bay, or they can dine inside and enjoy the views from afar. Must-try dishes include the Beef Tenderloin, Bone-In Ribeye with Black Truffle, sashimi platter, Black Cod and of course the decadent dessert platter.

The new Riverside hot spot, Kiki on the River, brings a taste of Greece to the Magic City. Located on the Miami River with options to dock and dine, Kiki on the River has quickly become one of the top destinations to enjoy lunch or dinner in a scenic atmosphere—particularly with the yachting crowd. At night, the restaurant turns into the ultimate party destination, featuring live DJ sets, flaming bottles of Dom Pérignon, sparklers and endless platters of Greek cuisine.

A little North of Miami Beach, ETARU opened last summer on the pristine white beaches of Hallandale, Florida. The waterfront eatery features a menu of Japanese/robata cuisine, offering lunch and dinner throughout the week and brunch on the weekends. Escape the crowds of Miami Beach and allow yourself to dine at ease in the tranquil setting of their stunning oceanfront patio as you indulge in fresh sashimi, sushi, robata favorites and more. Additionally, the beloved restaurant recently opened up a second eatery along Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale.
