The buffet at this Back Bay haute spot will be served up from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature everything from seasonal salads and signature charcuterie to roasted ribeye and herb-crusted halibut with spring veggies. The view from high atop the 52nd floor of the Prudential Center doesn’t get any better than the expansive one found at the Top of the Hub. Two prix-fixe menus will be served up here on Mother’s Day, including a four-course brunch (think lobster omelets and grilled hanger steaks) from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. followed by a four-course dinner from 3 to 8 p.m. featuring poached halibut and grilled rack of lamb. The adjacent lounge will be offering live entertainment Mother’s Day from 5 to 9 p.m., and guests receive complimentary access to the Skywalk Observatory on the 50th floor.
