What was once a steakhouse, is now a restaurant bringing the taste of the ocean to the desert that surrounds Las Vegas.
The new Italian restaurant at The Mirage serves southern Italy classics and transports to the south of Italy the moment you walk through the door.
Osteria Costa serves dishes like the “Focaccia Di Recco” flatbread made to a crisp. It is topped with fresh and creamy stracchino cheese drizzled with olive oil.
Salads include a “Frutti Di Mare” dish arranged with shrimp, calamari, and lemon. Featured pizzas are the “Salsiccia” with savory sausage, fennel, and grilled onions. And, the “Funghi” topped with mushrooms, ricotta, fontina.
Their featured pasta is their “Linguine and Clams” tossed in a spicy garlic sauce with zesty lemon.
Main entrees include the “Grilled Branzino” Mediterranean sea bass with tangy lemon flavors and oregano spices.
