Wynn’s Claude Baruk Wins “The Celebrity Hairstylist Of The Year” Award

Claude Baruk an internationally renowned hairstylist with a salon at the Wynn. He also boasts an impressive crème de la crème roster of A-List clientele. As of recent, Baruk can add a shiny new accolade to his already impressive resume.

“It is an honor to be named a ‘Celebrity Hairstylist of the Year’ by the Hollywood Beauty Awards and to be recognized among many of the most iconic names in the industry,” said Baruk.

Baruk may helm his namesake salon Claude Baruk at the Wynn, but he had established himself prior to joining the Wynn and Encore family, specifically in the French market as a hairstylist in his native St. Tropez.

Twenty years ago, Baruk’s first celebrity client was Angie Everhart. Coincidentally, it was her who presented Baruk with the ultimate award of the night “Celebrity Hairstylist of the Year” at the fourth annual Hollywood Beauty Awards.

In 2013, he opened his first salons in the U.S. and eventually became a stylist to the affluent and notable including Tony Robbins, Catherine-Zeta Jones, and Naomi Campbell, and most recently EDM sensation dynamic duo The Chainsmokers.

The event was held at the Avalon Hollywood. It honored other top names in the industry, including Britney Spears, Jane Seymour, and Smokey Robinson. But, it was Baruk who went home winning more than just an award.

“This is not only my career; it is my passion and it brings me joy every single day. I feel so fortunate to do what I do, and winning this award is another piece of my American dream come true.”

The Hollywood Beauty Awards recognize the architects of beauty in hair, makeup, photography and styling for film, television, music, the red carpet and editorial.
