This Easter Sunday from 12pm – 6pm, LDV Hospitality’s American Cut Midtown will be offering a prix-fixe brunch featuring a delicious a la carte menu. For $65 per person, guests will enjoy a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert. Dishes include Spicy Crab Toast with Avocado and Dry Aged Egg Yolk, Lobster Benedict with Poached Eggs and Asparagus Hollandaise, NY Minute Steak and Eggs with Watercress and Crispy Shallots as well as Monkey Bread with Mexican Hot Chocolate.

Benoit, a classic French bistro with modern interpretations is serving a family-friendly brunch that includes a Madeleine workshop for the kids with the restaurant’s Pastry Chef. In addition to an à la carte brunch, Benoit will have a three-course Easter Brunch Menu (including the Madeleine workshop) with highlights including: Roasted & smoked leg of lamb, Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, Strawberry & rhubarb composition with almond, and more.


Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club

This Easter Sunday, Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club is offering a Grand Buffet prix-fixe brunch. For $85 for adults and $65 for children, guests will dine on a bounty of delicious house made breads and pastries, raw bar selections, salads, charcuterie, a carving station and both hot and cold brunch classics. To top it off, each table will feature an oversized chocolate egg filled with goodies cracked table side as well as fill-your-own Easter Baskets. Families looking to indulge on Easter Sunday following church service at the famed St. Patrick’s Cathedral can visit nearby Del Frisco’s Grille New York, where chefs will be featuring a 16 oz. Hand-Carved, Slow-Roasted Bone-In Prime Rib served with house-made Au Jus and creamy horseradish. Available from Friday, March 30th through Sunday, April 1st, guests can enjoy this special at either New York City Grille location alongside creative twists on classic brunch-time favorites such as Truffle-Chive Deviled Eggs, Mimosas and decadent Six-Layer Lemon Doberge Cake.

The Palm Court will be having an Easter Grand Buffet on Sunday, April 1st that includes: starters such as Strawberry Spring Salad with Dry Aged Goat Cheese, Pine Nuts, and Balsamic Vinaigrette and Spring Crudité with Beet Hummus and Lemon-Dill Yogurt; mains such as Citrus Scented Brioche French Toast with Whipped Maple Butter and Seared Skuna Bay Salmon with Wild Arugula Pesto, Lemon, and Roasted Baby Fennel; a carving station with Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri Sauce and Bourbon and Apricot Glazed Ham with Violet Mustard; and desserts such as Grapefruit and Campari Trifle with Yogurt, Lime Pana Cotta and Citrus Cake and a Gianduja Chocolate Egg with a Banana Cream Center and Hazelnut Sable. 

In addition to the Easter Grand Buffet at The Palm Court, guests can enjoy swing music by the award-winning Glenn Crytzer Orchestra and dance off with New York’s best dressed set in The Champagne Bar and The Rose Club on Sunday, April 1, from 3pm – 6pm.
