Danny Meyer’s Hudson Yards bar Porchlight has become a massive hit in Midtown. For all those looking to be near the buzz of the ball drop but still have access to the cocktails and toilets those in Times Square won’t, Porchlight is a great move. It’s in the burgeoning neighborhood of Hudson Yards, which is becoming one of the city’s coolest locales. The bar is also featuring a great cocktail program, live music, and a Southern flare that gives a homey vibe to a night full of noisemakers and sparklers galore.

For New Year’s Eve, the Loews Regency is offering a Glitz and Glam package to rival any customized plans for the evening. The bar is open throughout the night of course serving up cocktails and with a champagne toast at midnight.

For the classiest, crystal-covered evening you can think of to ring in the new year, the Baccarat Hotel has got everyone covered. The live jazz trio will be performing until 1:00 am and the hotel is offering an exclusive beverage package for $500 per person that includes a Louis XIII tasting, an open bar, unlimited Dom Perignon, and seating in a number of VIP areas for the big moment. Only 40 tickets of the premium package will be sold though so act fast!

One of the most iconic buildings and views in New York, the Rainbow Room is a fitting spot to watch the ball drop in NYC. Premium ticket holders for the night will have access to an open bar of champagne and caviar from 10:00 pm to midnight, complimentary canapes, a live DJ performance and dancing, and a coat check for $325 per person. Other more exclusive options will feature premium seating with a direct view of the ball dropping at eye level–given the spaces incredible views. Not to mention, the Rainbow Room being about 15 blocks away from Times Square, its going to make leaving afterwards that much easier not being in the thick of things in Times Square.

The hotel is offering the Midnight with Moet package. For $20,000, you and thirteen friends can party the night away with exclusive access to the Plunge Rooftop Bar from 11pm until 1am, two 3-liter bottles of Moet Champagne to pop at midnight, and the penthouse suite for the night, that sleeps six people. The hotel is also promising secret amenities available upon arrival. While it may be a lot to spend on new years, the Gansevoort has us reaching for our wallets.
