To pair with your champagne, why not order the creamy and delectable “Foie Fras Brulee”. It’s a sweet and savory umami flavor. The “Maine Day Boat Scallops” is served with tender scallops with braised oxtail, trumpet mushrooms, and a salted caramel reduction.
If you feel like demolishing the “Beef Short Rib”, its ennel potato puree, root vegetables, maitake mushroom, and a red wine reduction might also be a good pick to order at Sage. Dessert with champagne is a personal favorite.
