Everyone wants a membership at this local gym, but not everyone can afford the $100+ a month membership. Life Time is the Hublot of gyms in Las Vegas and non-members will be able to experience it at least for two days during the gym’s yoga celebration of NamasDAY. Here’s what you need to know about the yoga events happening at the Green Valley location.
FRIDAY, OCT. 6 FROM 6PM TO 7PM
Non-members will have access to both events for $15 and members will have access to both for $10. Friday’s visitors will experience a headphone guided practice called “Sound Off Under the Stars” at Life Time’s resort-style pool deck. I hope they’ll be playing SZA while I’m doing the child’s pose.
SATURDAY, OCT. 7 FROM 9AM TO 2PM
Clear your day because there will be music, brunch, kombucha, giveaways and three types of yoga classes happening: 1) heated, Free Flow in the yoga studio, 2) Root yoga on the pool deck, 3) Surrender yoga in the gymnasium, and family yoga for children ages six and up. Parents must be present. Kids are invited to attend the Yoga Rave happening from 9AM to 1PM. Ages 12 and under are $25 per child.
