Gucci and Bergdorf Goodman Host Dinner To Launch Gucci Décor

To celebrate New York Fashion Week and the launch of Gucci Décor, Linda Fargo and Susan Chokachi held a star studded private dinner with Bergdorf Goodman and Gucci inviting fashions biggest names to Bergdorf’s in-house restaurant last night.

To honor the launch of the collaboration between the two legends of fashion and design, Bergdorf Goodman will be the first retailer to carry the line of eclectic pieces to dress and furnish any home. The collection is fun of interesting and compelling pieces that take the patterns, colors, and designs Gucci has become so famous for, and appropriating them to furniture and smaller decorative pieces. In honor of the dinner, the Bergdorf Goodman restaurant was transformed with pieces from the collection including chairs, screens, pillows, folding tables and small porcelain pieces. Dinner was served on Gucci Décor green and white Herbarium crockery.

The evening was filled with some of the most important names in fashion, gathered together for New York Fashion Week already. Attendees included Giovanna Battaglia, Athena Calderone, Cleo Wade and Tina Leung. Singer and cellist Kelsey Lu provided music for the evening as well. The Gucci Decor collection has already been lauded as one of the most anticipated collections to be released this season, with the collection also being featured in the windows of Bergdorf Goodman, historically some of the most sought-after windows to be displayed in.
