One Liberty Is The Realest Fake Luxury Listing You’ll Find
One Liberty, the high-end luxury residences atop the Statue of Liberty, offers the best in haute real estate. Now if only it were real.
In the digital age, all luxury properties need a website: a place to house most important facts, lists of various amenities, local attractions, price per square foot, and list of exciting, excessive adjectives. One Liberty, the high-end luxury residences atop the Statue of Liberty, offers exactly that. Now if only it were real. The listing, created by two local comedians in New York, Connor Toole and Evan Krumholz, perfectly recreate the tropes and patterns that have become standard in the real estate market today, particularly in New York City.
With over the top features like a helipad, a freshwater pool sourcing water directly from the Hudson River, and a hotdog cart concept by David Chang, we’re all for the project. Now if only Related will get moving on it, right?
