Stressed out brides, rejoice! Getting ready for a wedding can be prime stress time, especially the last few weeks before the big event. When stress hits critical levels, what better way to cope with the sudden spike in cortisol than to partake in a guided meditation with Bridesmaid-for-Hire Jen Glantz? Jen Glantz is known for being a “wedding wing woman,” there for you when you need her most, like a maid of honor you don’t have to feel guilty about bossing around.
The event will be hosted by POPiN, a new fitness app that allows you to access premium membership-only fitness clubs paying only for time used. The guided meditation is intended to help brides-to-be release their pre-wedding jitters and anxieties, and after, open discussion for a Q&A. Attendees will be treated to swag bags that include free workouts at POPiN locations, specials from Floating Lotus and more!
