Few foods have sparked a frenzy of new restaurant openings in such a short period of time as poke has (in case you missed it, we recapped Chicago’s best poke a few months back). And further proof of the poke craze: Lettuce Entertain You, one of the city’s largest restaurant groups, will throw its lure into the sea of poke joints starting tomorrow with ASAP Poke.

There’s a twist (which its name almost gives away): ASAP Poke, a collaboration between Chef Tim Hockett (M Burger, Nacional 27 and Tallboy Taco), Naoki Sushi’s Chef Naoki Nakashima, and Chef Hisanobu Osaka, will be delivery only. AKA, poke on-demand.

Based on menu offerings, it seems like you won’t miss out on a thing (including whatever Netflix obsession is stopping you from leaving the house) by summoning your poke to come to you. Menu items include Classic Avocado Poke with ginger, sliced cucumbers, soy beans, and watermelon radish, Big Island Spicy Poke with spicy mayo, pickled mushrooms, and sliced jalapeños, Maui Crunch Poke with ponzu sauce, pickled mushrooms, and crunchy shallots, and Yuzu Poke with yuzu dressing, seaweed, tomato salsa, and furikake. You can also get creative and call in with your own creation.

ASAP Poke will be available for delivery Tuesday – Thursday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. To place an order online or for more information, visit asappokechicago.com.
