Weekend Roundup: Where to Take Dad on Father’s Day in NYC

This Father’s Day, trendy Italian eatery Scarpetta will be offering off-the-menu exclusives to treat dad on his special day. The meat lover’s special features an 18oz Bone-in Ribeye served with a side of Scarpetta’s signature Short Rib & Bone Marrow Agnolotti.

For $80, the 18oz Ribeye is served with Truffled Spinach Puree, Caramelized Cipollini onions, baby carrots, fingerling potatoes topped with preserved black truffles and a hearty side of Short Rib & Bone Marrow Agnolotti.

In the mood for something crafty? Take day to a Father’s Day glass workshop, where you can learn how to make a Father’s Day beer mug. At Brooklyn Glass’ 5-hour intensive workshop, “instructors will offer their expertise on how to achieve different shapes and styles of glasses, and guide you through the basics of making handles.” The best part is drinking some craft beer with dad afterward in your newly made mugs. $195 per attendee.
