June is Pride month, and while Los Angeles has already executed its biggest event—a parade that made headlines this year for turning into #ResistMarch—here are five additional ways that the City of Angels is celebrating Pride Month 2017.

1. A RAINBOW-COLORED BEACH TOWER.

A lifeguard tower on Venice Beach has been given a rainbow-hued makeover for Pride Month courtesy of artist Patrick Marston and husband Michael Brunt; it will be dubbed the Venice Pride Flag Lifeguard Tower through the end of the summer. The activation has been supported by the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors and Los Angeles City Council.

2. PAUL SMITH LA ACTIVATES A RAINBOW WALL.

Paul Smith‘s LA boutique has been getting a lot of Instagram wall this month, for more reasons than one. The brand actually teamed up with Instagram to repaint its traditionally pink walls with rainbow colors in honor of Pride Month. Thousands of Instagram users have posted selfies in front of the wall as a result.

3. LOS ANGELES RAMS BECOME THE FIRST NFL TEAM TO SPONSOR AN LGBT PRIDE EVENT

The Los Angeles Rams are making a splash in Los Angeles in their infancy.  The team announced that they had become the first team to officially sponsor a LGBT celebration when they signed on to sponsor Venice Pride earlier this month. The Los Angeles Chargers were also sponsors of the event.

4. LA UNDERWEAR BRAND MEUNDIES CREATES CHARITABLE PRIDE UNDERWEAR

Los Angeles-based underwear brand MeUndies has created a collection for Pride entitled “Celebrate Yourself” collection of printed underwear. A dollar from each pair of undies sold will go to the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

5. LA EATERIES CELEBRATE PRIDE WITH RAINBOW-HUED FOODS

L.A. eateries are celebrating pride in the best way they know how—with rainbow colored foods. There are rainbow dumplings at Taste of China; rainbow bagels at Bagels & Brews, a rainbow latte at BBCM Cafe and Chomp Eatery’s rainbow grilled cheese. Though this is a year-round food, the restaurant is donating a portion of the proceeds from every rainbow grilled cheese sold to charity.
