Jennifer Lawrence Is Renting Her NYC Apartment for $27.5K Per Month
Actress Jennifer Lawrence, well known for her starring roles in Passengers The Hunger Games films, is renting out her apartment at 443 Greenwich Street in New York City, The Real Deal reported.
Now asking $27,500 per month, her 3,184-square-foot, three-bedroom residence in Tribeca was initially listed for rent for $30,000 per month in February, with no interest.
Designed by CetraRuddy Architects, the apartment, with high ceilings and an open kitchen, is lined with reclaimed wood and wide plank white-oak floors, and is finished with marble and stainless steel accents.
