Milk Bar Now Dishing at the Cosmopolitan

Milk Bar

Milk Bar, the bakery from “Master Chef” co-host Christina Tosi, opened at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

The New York City-based bakery first opened in 2008 after Tosi created desserts at David Chang’s Momofuku for four years. Shoppers can find Cereal Milk soft serve ice cream, Compost Cookies and Crack Pie, three of Tosi’s most famous dishes.

The Milk Bar kitchen also plans to  bake naked layer cakes daily, among other treats and offer drip coffee and espresso drinks made with the custom Milk Bar Blend.

Along with menu highlights like Cake Truffles and Birthday Cake, Tosi will also debut exclusive menu items to the Las Vegas market including MilkQuakes that blend house-made soft serve with sweet bites in flavors such as strawberry and corn, Crack Pie, Bkfst; B’day Cake and Sweet Potato Pie.

Milk Bar at The Cosmopolitan will also feature four different flavors of soft serve, offering twice of what is available at other store locations.

Finally, exclusive to The Cosmopolitan location, “Fancy Shakes” will include alcohol in varieties such as the Cereal Milk White Russian, Fancy Fruity Shake and the Fancy Chocolate Malt Cake Shake.

Guests can order layer cakes such as off menu classic flavors like Strawberry-Lemon and Pretzel from the Las Vegas kitchen with three days’ notice, for anyone looking for a specialty flavor for an upcoming celebration or special occasion.

Milk Bar has a total of ten locations, including New York City, Toronto, Washington, DC, and now Las Vegas. Tosi is a two-time James Beard award winner and author of two cookbooks, Momofuku Milk Bar and Milk Bar Life.

Milk Bar sits on the second level of the Eastside Tower and will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.
