CALVIN KLEIN’S EMBELLISHED MIAMI BEACH ESTATE IS RE-LISTED FOR $15M
For $15 million, Calvin Klein’s Miami Beach residence on North Bay Road is back on the market for $1 million less than its original asking price. Klein purchased the 5,800-square-foot house, designed with European-style crafts- manship and furnished with antiques by renowned interior designer Axel Vervoordt, in 1999.
A 55ɪ YACHT COMES WITH SCOTTIE PIPPEN’S FORT LAUDERDALE ESTATE
The next owner of retired NBA star Scot- tie Pippen’s waterfront home could also snag his 55-foot VanDutch yacht. The nearly 13,500-square-foot, three-story, resort-style estate on Del Lago Drive in Fort Lauderdale was previously listed in
2014 for $11.8 million. It’s once again for sale for $10.9 million, with the option to also purchase the yacht for a combined $12.5 million. Situated on a double lot with 215 feet of water frontage, the residence also comes with a full-size basketball court on the water, a put- ting green, waterfalls, a hot tub and a waterslide, among many other outdoor amenities.

FOX NEWS FOUNDER BUYS $36M MASSIVE PALM BEACH MANSION
Roger Ailes, the founder of Fox News who resigned in July of this year over sexual-harassment allegations, just purchased a 10,156-square-foot home in Palm Beach as a severance gift. The six- bedroom, 2015-built beachfront mansion on Ocean Lane sold for $36 million, $6 million less than the asking price.
