We’re always eager to hear what The Blonde Salad’s uber stylish Chiara Ferragni is up to! We recently reported on her oh-so-sweet collaboration with La Duree and we’d barely finished devouring our box of Blonde Salad macarons when we learned that there’s more news from TBS! Ferragni has styled a new line of snow boots that are so chic and stylish, it almost makes you not dread winter!

We recently chatted with Ferragni about her latest launch.

Why did you decide to do a snow boots collection? Even though you have a hectic travel schedule and are in New York and Europe frequently, don’t you spend a lot of time in sunny L.A.? I actually love skiing and the mountain lifestyle. Yes I do live in LA, but there are a lot of places close by where you can go skiing, like Big Bear. Most of my clientele embody my lifestyle as well–they travel a lot. They spend their winters in both tropical paradises and on snowy mountaintops, so I wanted them to have a little bit of the Chiara Ferragni style even on the slopes!  The first window display dedicated to my new boots was actually done over the summer by a beach in Italy. People will buy products they like at anytime.  I’m going to launch winter pop-up stores also in Bahrain and Hong Kong.

RESILVERBOOTS
Prices for the boots range from $326-$428, depending on style.

How are your boots different? They sparkle of course! They are made in glitter and sequins. My signature, but also very unique.

Do you envision wearing them beyond stormy weather or at ski resorts? Yes, absolutely, the boots are very versatile. Of course, I wouldn’t wear them by the beach, but you can wear them during the autumn season when the weather gets cold.

REBLUE
The boots are available in store now and can be ordered online.

Where do you like to ski? I usually go to the Alps during winter time with my friends and family. I like Courchevel in France, Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy and Zermatt in Switzerland.

Do you miss not having snow? I don’t really. I travel a lot, so when I’m in LA I just enjoy the warm weather!
