Drybar’s Alli Webb Shares Her Favorite Places in Las Vegas
Alli Webb just opened a flagship location for her Drybar in Las Vegas at the Miracle Mile Shops. The largest Drybar with 20 styling chairs only does blowouts in styles with cocktail names such as the Cosmo (lots of loose curls), the Straight Up (straight with a little body), the Southern Comfort (big hair, lots of volume), the Mai Tai (messy and beachy), the Manhattan (sleek and smooth) the Dirty Martini (tousled and textured) and for the little ladies, the Shirley Temple.
Webb was once a publicist for clients such as Faith Hill, Paul McCartney and Keith Urban. She’s also a professional hair stylist, trained by Toni & Guy, and spent several years working under the late, great John Sahag in New York City. In 2008 she started a side business called Straight-at-Home, which provided in home blowouts, strictly on a referral basis in Los Angeles. Her business and popularity quickly outgrew her one-woman show, so she decided to expand and start Drybar. By the end of 2016, she hopes to have 63 Drybar locations nationwide. Here, she shares some of her favorite places in Las Vegas.
