They say the best way to the heart is through the stomach; and Zuma is stealing hearts all over the world. The culinary staple which started in London has now expanded to haute locations in Hong Kong, Istanbul, Dubai, Miami, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Datca Peninsula, New York, Rome and a much anticipated opening in Las Vegas later this year.

The Sin City outpost at The Cosmopolitan Hotel will be Zuma’s first West Coast location. You can expect to find the same quality that creator and co-founder Rainer Becker has executed in every Zuma across the globe. The interior will be designed by Zuma’s signature Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt. As always, the design focus will highlight natural elements and create a sophisticated yet welcoming environment for the cuisine to shine.

Speaking of cuisine, Las Vegans can get excited for izakaya dining style that features a modern take on authentic Japanese cuisine. The world-famous menu is designed to be shared and offers dishes from a sushi counter, main kitchen and a robata grill. Once Sin City has had a taste of their delicacies like the gyu no tataki, spicy beef tenderloin and thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu and truffle oil they’ll never be able to eat at an average Japanese restaurant again.

While Zuma is sure to bring in learnings from their restaurants all over the world, each venue is specifically curated to reflected the individuality of the city. The style and ethos will be very much traditional to Zuma, but with a Las Vegas energy that is sure to create a whole new dining experience.
