With a newly renovated outdoor terrace and exquisitely prepped French dishes, it has become the go-to restaurant for chic Palm Beachers. Award-winning Executive Chef Rick Mace will welcome Chef Eric Barker of Max’s Harvest, Jordan Lerman of Jardin and Clay Conley of Buccan Group to join him in the kitchen for a menu of original cuisine, each on a different evening throughout the summer season.
“I am looking forward to hosting these chefs in my kitchen and working side-by-side with such talent. In the spirit of Daniel Boulud’s Le Voyage menus that are seen at many of his restaurants, my team and I are looking forward to bringing a new type of cuisine to Café Boulud Palm Beach for the evening,” Mace says.
Kicking off the event, Chef Rick Mace and Eric Barker will collaborate together and present Le Voyage: Quintano Roo, Mexico’s Caribbean Coast. Inspired by Barker’s recent trip to Tulum, Mexico with his wife, the evening will embody and incorporate Yucatan influences. Thrilled to be able to explore and tap into local vendors, Mace says, “This type of cuisine is ideal to be served in Palm Beach during the summer months because we can really take advantage of the ingredients that are freshest here and now and incorporate them into the menu.”
Later throughout the season, on August 11th and September 15th, the series will also feature innovative and creative collaborations with Chef Jordan Lerman and Clay Conley ensuring for a rich in flavor and elegant array of dishes for guests to indulge in. The event series is priced at $95 per night, including a cocktail and wine pairing to enjoy throughout the dinner.
