The Cinema Society with Audi and FIJI screening of Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War”

The Cinema Society with Audi and FIJI hosted a screening of Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War, ” a blockbuster thriller that has taken in over $400 million in ticket sales since its opening on May 6th.
Based on the Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941, Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” stars Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America; Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man; Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow; Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Falcon; Don Cheadle as Colonel James Rhodes/War Machine; Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye; Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa/Black Panther; Paul Bettany as Vision; and Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch.
The movie follows the saga of Rogers and a newly formed Avengers team as they fight to maintain their independence and freedom from government interference while they do what they need to do–which is nothing less than defend mnkind. The plot gets very thick and murky when Tony Stark does a turnabout and supports government surveillance, so you’ll find the movie offering a tense political story line along with all the nonstop action.
The screening and party held at the Time Inc building at Brookfield Place brought out many of the film’s stars including Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Jeremy Renner, Paul Bettany, Chadwick Boseman, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, and the directors Anthony and Joe Russo.
