In celebration of the 2016 Summer Olympics taken place in Rio de Janeiro, Haute 100 lister Ryan Seacrest is collaborating with fashion retailer Macy’s. The collaboration will feature a collection inspired by the culture of Brazil.
Ryan Seacrest Distinction Rio will boast 13 pieces of sportswear clothing and accessories that express a stylishly casual, easygoing vibe. Fashion enthusiasts can expect pieces like linen and poplin shirts, micropique polos, chambray shorts, color-blocked baseball windbreaker and pique knitted blazer for relaxed layering, crushable fedora, canvas espadrille, and casual duffle bag. The pieces will be breathable and offer ways to manage the heat and humidity, all while staying chic.
In a statement, Seacrest said, “The idea for the Rio collection was inspired by the upcoming 2016 Rio Olympic Games which I am lucky enough to be hosting live late-night on NBC. The Rio collection is a reflection of the city’s excitement, spontaneity, vibrant culture, and of course, the liveliness of the games.”

The limited edition Ryan Seacrest Distinction Rio sportswear collection will be exclusively sold in 150 Macy’s stores and on macys.com beginning June 15.
Seacrest will also be in Rio de Janeiro to host late night coverage of the games.
In addition to his new collection and covering the Olympics, Seacrest is set to appear as a guest host on Live With Kelly he told Entertainment Tonight. He said, “I’m sitting there for one day in June and can’t wait to do that. She’s asked me to come on for a day right at the beginning of June, and so I’m looking forward to hugging her and seeing her.”
