This weekend, restaurants all around town are offering carbo filled dishes to prepare for the Boston Marathon. Even Sam Adams is rolling out its celebratory beer once again this year, the 26.2 Brew, brewed with kosher salt and coriander in honor of Marathon Monday and in celebration of founder Jim Koch’s first release of Samuel Adams Boston Lager on this day back in 1985.
