Fleur du Mal‘s Toronto-born designer, Jennifer Zuccarini is an expert in luxurious intimates and began her career designing for high-end lingerie brand, Kiki de Montparnasse in 2005.
As creative director for KM, she designed an entire collection of ready-to-wear, leather accessories and of course, lingerie. Her exclusive pieces are known for their sophistication, elegance and attention to detail as well as for their ability to communicate desire and provocation – which is ultimately what every woman wants.
After three years as KM’s creative director, Jennifer decided it was time to leave, but not before making Kiki de Montparnasse one of the world’s most recognized luxury lingerie brands. Zuccarini then joined the Victoria’s Secret team, where she gained knowledge on designing, manufacturing and sourcing for a multi-billion dollar company on a global scale. It was her experience in these two renowned (and very different) companies that led Jennifer to take a leap and launch her own lingerie and ready-to-wear brand, Fleur du Mal.
The now extremely successful luxury brand first got its name from Charles Baudelaire’s grand collection of poems “Les Fleurs de Mal,” a theme that is ever-present within Jennifer’s designs. A perfect intersection of elegance and provocation, Jennifer Z’s SS16 collection is the sensual gift every woman needs.
