Dirty Bones, Dishoom And SHOTGUN To Arrive In Carnaby

This Autumn, Carnaby welcomes three new exciting, independent restaurants to the area.

September will see the arrival of American comfort food restaurant, Dirty Bones, to foodie hub Kingly Court. The restaurant, located on the second floor overlooking the courtyard, will feature ‘dirty’ delights such as The Mac Daddy, The Dirty Dog and Chicken & Waffles and playful cocktails served to a soundtrack of upbeat soul, old school hip hop and classic funk.

Dishoom will also be opening a new restaurant this autumn in Carnaby.Inspired by the old Irani cafés of Bombay, the restaurant is set to open on Kingly Street in October. Dishoom – which will be the largest restaurant in Carnaby – allows diners to choose from small plates or dishes from the grill and enjoy a private courtyard at the rear of the restaurant.

Last but by no means least SHOTGUN, American Barbecue Grill & Cocktail Lounge –  a brand new concept from the team behind The Lockhart – will be opening on Kingly Street come October. SHOTGUN  will bring the traditional ‘low and slow’ barbecue technique to Carnaby using quality British meat and fresh produce. The extensive cocktail list will be broken down into four categories, Brown Liquor, Punch, Absinthe and White Liquor.
