Second Miami SoulCycle Location to Open on South Beach
Already known for being eco-conscious, the 1 Hotel South Beach can now be considered body-conscious with the arrival of SoulCycle to the property.
SoulCycle South Beach is the city’s second location and the New York-based company’s 50th in the nation.
SoulCycle South Beach is slated to open in December. The 2,600-square-foot studio will have 54 bikes available to guests who want to experience the indoor cycling empire’s famous high-intensity cardio blast rides.
There will also be a SoulCycle lifestyle boutique at the South Beach studio, so devotees can dress themselves in the appropriate branded gear.
SoulCycle is a 45-minute revolutionary spinning class that features high-energy music and inspirational coaching that has developed a cult following in New York and around the country. The rides also include upper body toning exercises that involve hand weights and choreography.
Clients can burn between 500 to 700 calories during each 45-minute ride.
Single classes are priced at $30. However, if the SoulCycle South Beach’s opening day will be your time taking a class, your ride will be $20.
