Langham To Open Haute Hotel In Dubai

The Langham Hospitality Group is known for their luxury hotel collection with locations worldwide. It is only natural that they open a branch in one of the world’s most luxurious cities, Dubai.

In 2018 the Burj Khalifa district will be home to one of the world’s most noted hotel chains. The £173m Langham Place Downtown Dubai is using every penny to ensure that guests will experience the ultimate in luxury. The hotel will feature 167 bedrooms, a spa, four different drinking and dining options and will span a built up area of 680,838 square feet. The food and beverage establishments will range from a rooftop bar and lounge, a specialty restaurant and a salon equipped with Langham’s own afternoon tea. The new Downtown hotel will also be a top destination for event planners and conferences. The Langham boasts a 400sqm event space for just that.

It’s prime location puts guests in the center of all the action. Downtown Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid City, Business Bay and the anticipated Dubai Design District are all easily accessible from The Langham. It will also be near the upcoming Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai International Financial Centre.

The five-star hotel is being made possible by a partnership with Omniyat, a privately-held real estate development group in Dubai.
