Acqualina’s New Project Has A Formula One Simulator, Movie Theater, Wall Street Trader’s Club
The Acqualina brand has been synonymous with luxury since its inception. With haute stuff like Il Murino, a sprawling ESPA spa, a magnificent beach front area, and bevy of late-model Bentleys and Rolls Royce automobiles parked on the top deck, the building’s intentions are clear. So developers Eddie and Jules Trump launched Mansions at Acqualina right next door—a magnificent buiding that took sprawling floor plans and the “mansion in the sky” concept to new heights. The Mansions are now finally ready to move into, and the Trumps are offering up a third ultra-luxury development for those who missed out on the Mansions called The Estates at Acqualina. Sales are going swimmingly too, with $360 million in inventory already having been sold.
The Estates have already been selling well with units ranging from $3.9 million to $40 million. 264 luxurious residences in two, 50-story boutique towers, Via Acqualina 777 and Via Acqualina 888. Rising to the north of the 5-star Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach, each resident will have access to a wealth of amenities housed within the 45,000 square foot Villa Acqualina, as well as 5.6 acres of stunning grounds and gardens. What kind of amenities you ask? In addition to the de rigueur spa and fitness center, there will be a “Circus Maximus”, a full floor of cool stuff including an ice skating rink, Formula One simulator, a golfing simulator, bowling lanes, a movie theater, as well as a Wall Street Trader’s Club room where residents will have access to ticker tape, computers and a board room. Oh, and did we mention, there’s a house Rolls Royce, 24-hour valet and security as well as a resident concierge? Well there is. Get your Estate before they’re all gone.
