The luxury property’s all-day dining restaurant, Caravan, has given traditional Ramadan dishes and beverages from Indonesia, Malaysia and India as well as those from the Arabian Peninsula an innovative twist, making breaking the fast a memorable experience for family, friends and colleagues.
The restaurant is elegantly designed with an Arabian oasis theme and featuring indoor seating as well as outdoor tents facing the resort’s verdant lawns, Caravan provides an intimate and sophisticated ambiance for Iftar and Suhoor gatherings.
Iftar features an array of sumptuous delicacies from diverse countries displayed in a lavish buffet. With specialty dishes such as Nasi Goreng from Indonesia, Beef Rendang from Malaysia, mouthwatering Tandoori from India and innovative Arabian dishes such as Kebbeh Tart, Emirati Lamb Ouzi and Moroccan Mobakar Lamb, guests can enjoy a global Ramadan celebration in a single setting.
