A collection that reflects the grandeur of the Roman Empire combined with today’s contemporary lines, the Imperiale watch first appeals by its harmonious proportions and refined details. Endowed with a powerful and symbolic character, it asserts itself as the natural choice for bold and determined women. It is punctuated by strong details that echo Imperial Rome. There are Roman numerals on the dial, while the curved hands are reminiscent of the tapered daggers used by sovereigns in battle, and the shape of the lugs reflects the tradition of ancient columns famed for their perfectly balanced proportions.

Finally, a diamond-set crown delicately curved like a lotus flower is fitted on the case middle with its pure, sleek sides designed to give the model a lighter touch and a more illustrious glow. The sheer wealth and finesse of such details makes the Imperiale collection an eminently feminine model that echoes the spirit and the splendor of imperial classicism.

Chopard’s Imperiale watch has inspired feminine jewelry collection also reflective of the lines of Imperial Roman. Beneath an exquisite set of arabesque motifs, amethysts reveal the power and beauty of their majestic purple – the imperial color since Byzantine times. The collection also boast interlaced three dimensional rose gold lacework that provides a noble profile for a decorative motif bringing to mind the embroidery of the hangings and cushions on which monarchs would place their insignia. Present throughout the entire Imperiale watch and jewellery collection, this motif infuses the line with its strength of character and regal bearing.

Chopard is located at The Dubai Mall in Dubai and at the Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi. www.chopard.com
