Manar Al Sharhan Presents Latest Collection in Dubai

Dubai’s Za’zbeel Ladies club recently hosted the launch of the new pret-e-porter collection by Emirati designer Manal Al Sharhan. In attendance were a host of the city’s elite clientele who were eager to view the new collection inspired by aspects of the stylish 50’s era using beautiful luscious fabrics and vibrant colors that were tailored to perfection.

Manal made her mark in the local fashion scene at the age of 17. She was a partner and founder of Lamsty, a fashion house specialising in premium Abayas. Her next successful adventure saw her launch the brand ‘So Black’ — exclusive abayas crafted from the fine materials.

A champion of the Arab cultural identity, Manal dresses the modern socialite while also promoting classic elegance. She describes her work as a confluence of carefully selected European fabrics and refined cuts colored with a complementary palette – a statement which is clearly reflected in her recent collection.
