Caruso’s first NYC store was launched a few days ago at 45 East 58th Street, a well-known location for New Yorkers known formerly as the Spanierman Gallery- an exclusive spot for antiques and old masterpieces. The 4,500 square-foot Caruso flagship store was designed as an homage to the cultural heritage of the former art gallery and Italian fine arts.
